"Royal Colors"

With original works in pastel, watercolor and other media, Anna Seeber Shaw brings to life the rich and nuanced themes of the American story. In a series of western paintings, rushes of celestial color bring the stories and heritage of the pioneers to life. Her portraits, dramatic still life scenes and landscapes gleam with light that evokes memory and romance. Anna is inspired by human emotions. "I love using symbolism to tell the stories of people I meet, about their relationships and lives."

In addition to painting, Anna makes ceramic art and pottery, teaches creative workshops in the region, and is the graphic designer for Oberlin Arts & Humanities. Her works are in exhibition at KS Originals Market, Wilson, KS, Accents Etc., McCook, NE, and the Phoenix Gallery, Topeka, KS.

Selections of Anna Seeber Shaw's paintings are available in limited edition prints and commission requests are welcome.
